As your full service property manager, we will provide the following services:

Computerized Accounting Functions

Maintain an operating account on your behalf where payments are made for all expenses associated with your property i.e. insurance, taxes, utilities, maintenance charges, association fees, landscaping and pool & spa services.
Issue monthly cash flow statements showing income and expense figures, including year to date totals to facilitate income tax preparation.
We issue a complete, itemized occupancy report for rental properties quarterly. All owners can access their accounting, monthly statements and rental calendar via Owner Web.

Routine Inspections

Weekly interior inspections allows preventive maintenance to be done before small problems become big, costly repairs. We insure everything is working properly.
We prepare an inventory of your property complete with photos of all your belongings. This inventory is checked prior to guest arrival and after departure.

Maintenance

Let us take care of all the services required for your property, including hiring professionals when necessary.
24 hour emergency service.
We maintain records for all work orders issued with our computerized program which tracks the history of all maintenance done on your property.
We provide damage control for hurricanes and storms. Outdoor furniture and personal belongings are moved indoors for protection in the event of a storm.

Housekeeping Services

Arrange and supervise cleaning services prior to home owner arrival and departure and for rental properties as required.
Daily maid service arranged as requested.

Vehicle Maintenance

Weekly vehicle check and start up.
Preparation of vehicle for your arrival.
Arrange appointments for service and repairs when required.

Concierge Services

As an owner, you can take advantage of our concierge services and have us arrange airport transportation, grocery stocking, flower arrangements, reservations, spa services, chef services etc.

Administration Services
