1. La Damajuana, Mezcal Boutique & Fonda

This new restaurant, located behind Puerto Paraiso Mall in Cabo San Lucas downtown, will surprise you with all the history and fun facts about the different Mezcals of Mexico. The entire restaurant concept turns around the Mezcal, with signature and mixology drinks that are a unique thing of La Damajuana, and delicious and authentic Mexican dishes that will make you feel like a traveling through Mexico. 2. La Biblioteca del Tequila, by Richard Sandoval

Beachfront restaurant, part of Breathless Hotel, open to public

The second restaurant by the internationally acclaimed Chef Richard Sandoval located in Los Cabos brings one of the largest collections of tequilas, mezcals and agave spirits with over 150 to choose from. Created after Chef Richard Sandoval’s esteemed New York City concept, the menu focuses on bringing back Richard’s culinary roots with his Mexican-inspired cuisine.
